Hello, my name is Spencer, I'm an experienced "Moderator" or "Helper".
I'm currently looking for more servers to apply on but, it's a bit difficult due to most of the spots get taken by others or I just don't seem to find them sometimes. I feel like I have a good amount to bring to the table in the sense that I can build and moderate.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?
I have been playing since 1.4.7 so I Think December 2012.
Would you treat your friends differently when enforcing the rules?
No, I would treat everyone with the same amount of authority, The rules are rules and they should be followed.
Do you know the common server rules?
Yes,
No hacked clients/Unfair.
Be Respectful.
Swear the least amount that you can.
No Threats of any kind.
These are just some rules that people use a common sense,
There is still much more.
Why should we pick you over other applicants?
-I have a lot of experience in the field of Moderating and Building.
-I also can moderate at a high standard (Handling Problems Easily)
-I easily get along with staff and players, Which is probably is one of the most important things due to the fact they would have respect for you.
How often do you lose your temper? (Frequently, Sometimes, Rarely, Never)
I rarely ever lose my temper and if I do it is most likely because I am very tired, It’s wrong to release any anger on players that haven’t done anything.
What experiences do you have with moderating a server or a game?
I have a decent amount of experience with small servers such as VileMC which had around 20 players daily till it shut down due to financial issues that the owner had.
I've been staff on a bit of other servers but they all ended up either re-picking staff due to some other staff abusing or I ended up resigning due the fact that the projects that were planned with the server never had never happened.

I worked on a server called InvictusMC which only was up for about a month because most of the staff either quit or got fired and there was no other replacements or no one tried to recruit to replace them.
This server, although it was only up about a month we still averaged around 20 players and we got 200 in the first 2 hours.
