Hello , My name is Jdennis. I am going to be offering my well experienced services for a small payment of $10-30 Per Month depending on what i need to do and the size of the server.
What do i have to offer that others do not? As for many people who post threads on this site , I have experience! I know how to run a successful server , Administrate and organise a staff team / Community , Moderate and make sure that a server is running smoothly so that people are enjoying themselves.
My Experience
I Owned a Network called PulsePvP that recently went down for later construction. On this server I was in charge of the community as well as the staff. What did this involve? I myself would make sure the staff are all okay, working in a happy environment and making sure they are doing there job correctly. I would monitor my staff's progress using a method that i created myself that will be later explained if i get an offer. This also included, Running staff meetings , Conducting Interviews , training staff members and Helping staff that are in need of support in any way. Moving onto a community based work, I was also in charge of advertisement. What did this Job involve? I was in constant contact with decently sized YouTubers 10k+ offering them positions on the server ( If you are a new server this could help you alot) Every single person that joined the server came originally from me , Pulse hit 10,000 unique logins and maintained a player base of 30-50 players in 3 Months. In the first month of my servers release an idea that i had raised over $200.
One of my first Staff positions was on a server called Cove. Cove averaged around 200-300 players at the time of my success. I was 14 years of age when i first applied as moderator and was very pleased to see i got accepted. I passed the interview first time and continuously proved myself to there Sr.Staff team. After 1.5 months i was given the position of Sr.Moderator which was one of the fastest promotions the server had seen. In this staff position i was in-charge of Interviews , Ban appeals , Documents , Meetings and Community events. This job gave me confidence and i learnt a lot about how servers run. I was in control of the monthly Community Q&A Event which attracted 40+ people onto the servers teamspeak, In this event i would speak out and answer questions along with other staff. This also boosted my confidence because i learnt how to speak out to a mass group of people.
The biggest Network i ever joined was MCGamer , At the time i was accepted the server averaged around 5000 players. I was appointed as a Moderator after a long winded interview. Unfortunately my spell here did not last long due to me having computer difficulties and not enjoying myself. However it is a big accomplishment to get accepted as they decline over 100 applications daily.
What I would like
I am looking to work for a server that is currently public or has a big future planned ahead. I am only asking for a small amount of money per month but with my experience i feel it is a great opportunity to embark upon. However with exception i may work for free (unlikely).
What i can bring

-Stabilization within your staff team.
-An investment if i feel the server has great potential.
-Some great staff i have worked with in the past.
-Good leadership skills.
-A fun but mature character.
