Exporting Glaedr

Using Glaedr ScoreboardAPI & i'm having trouble with exporting it since when i export the plugin with Glaedr it doesn't go in the output path. pm me if you can help

I've heard some bad things about it on how it handles with updating the scoreboard & that it can't hold a lot of people yet i can't find an alternative, and obviously bukkit isn't really an option.
