Your panel is messed up.
May i ask...
Why you need /multicraft/ after to get to the panel?

Because they can't properly configure their panel. Genius at its finest, eh? As well, their website uses depreciated elements which is pretty funny to see. Hopefully they push out their new website real soon.

Update:

We have completely re-designed our main website and Billing panel! The Multicraft panel is next!
