Faction Server

Hello it's me Racer here and I am looking to purchase a faction server. I would like it 100% setup. A playerbase would be nice, but not needed. Please don't respond saying you can make me a setup because that's not what I am looking for. I would like for something already created. If you have something that fits my needs please let me know. Thanks.

I have something with a custom enchant system if you want for $50 ranks are setup has a orange and blue color scheme and a spawn I've been using that server for a while had a 15-20 playerbase then shutdown for personal reason
