I'm in need for a builder to make a me a nice faction spawn!

What I'm looking for:

Opened spaced, medieval, custom tree's, little huts, foresty,
Mainly Symmetrical but not all, want parts to have a unique looking. (not the same on each side)
Crate Area, Enchantment table.
Would like to see red_clay (not over done)

Would appreciate if you could work with my budget!
