Hey there. I want to buy a faction spawn. I want it to be like this photo here: http://gyazo.com/620ace96412808e398f2d053862db2b3 . Of course it doesn't have to be exactly like it but i do want it to still be a castle and still built into the mountain. I would like it to have a court yard for pvp (inside the castle) and a nice looking spawn area. It doesn't need a shop area but it does need some form of drop down area to get to the outside. I don't have a set budget so just give me an estimate of what you think you can do it for and also a portfolio of past work.

Edit: Forgot to mention it will need to be bigger than 75x75 but smaller that 250x250. I would also like for it to have a 1v1 area. (i have a duel plugin)
