Faction Tools (Custom items) plugin

Buying Faction Tools plugin (Custom items).
It should contain atleast:

1. Trench (configurable size, durability)
2. Tray (configurable size, durability)
3. Lightining wand (durability, spam cooldown)
4. Sell wand (compatible with ShopGuiPLUS)

Also big bonus if it has tools upgrade like on any other big server.
Messages should be able translatable. We are non-English server.

Yes, I'm using factionswp it got the most features I want.
