Factions or OP Factions?

Factions is better. Don't make a server solely for profit.

Regular factions gets more dedicated playerbase, so in the long run it may be worth it to make factions.

I'd have to argue, regular factions is better because people who don't want to donate can just enchant and get Prot IV, where in OP or even Semi-OP you have to donate to get above Prot IV

not to mention op pvp is gay as shit and lasts for 3 fucking years every fight

Because it's better to have 20 players on one server than 10 on two servers.

Semi Op Is always the best, Its not too hard and not too easy. And you can get people to donate for ranks and such. Armour could be included in a kit (For example, the first kit would include PROT 1 armour, 1 god app and unbreaking one tools then people would donate as its cheap and helpful.)
