Factions or Prison Server Setup

Hi,

I would like to buy a factions or prison server setup that is professional and everything is clean and done e.g. buycraft packages, spawn, no messy chat. I'm looking to buy a top quality server but if your server has players I would raise my budget.

I have a budget but I can't tell you how much because your server might be too bad or too good, I would have to go on your server and then estimate a budget.
