My factions server is in need of a plugin which disables tp's to land which is in enemy/neutral land. We currently have an issue where you can teleport into the enemy/neutral land when you initially sethome when allied/in the faction which owns the land. We need this before the 3rd of June and our budget can range from $5 to $20 max. If you already have the plugin that would be great. We will need proof that you can code and have experience with plugins prior to the purchase.
