Factions Server Setup

I need a Factions Server Setup, I could set it up on my own but I don't have the time at the moment.
Budget: $35

I need a full server setup (This does not mean I need builds or custom plugins)

What I need setup:
- Essentials
- Permissions
- Factions (The factions plugin that is /f who NOT /f f)
- Tab Setup
- Crates (I have a crate plugin that I purchased already)
- Voting
- Kits (I will send a list of the kits)
- Ranks (I will send a list of the ranks)
- Prefixes
- Other Plugins Necessary to run Factions (Vault, ObbyDestroyer, etc.)


Deadline: 3-5 days

I have used Rydan in the past and his server setups are FANTASTIC, I expect nothing less.
