Factions server.

Hey guys,
It's Kitcat here today and I am looking for a factions server to buy.

Requirements
Must be plain factions. I can make a slight exception for OPfacs, but I'd prefer just normal factions that brings nostalgia back and makes It like the old days of 1.5 facs c:
I'd like to buy a server with a strong social aspect, not that it has to have a large playerbase, but that so its not that players just don't talk or anything, they actually socialise.....

Plugins
The server must have at least a few custom plugins. Custom enchants would be cool, if the server has them.
Budget
I can go up to $100 USD.

Well for a cheaper price I can help build you a classic server build for Factions, I can load in schematics for spawn, get you set up on a cheap VPS, get a domain, and help w/ all and config that you need. As long as you pay for those services, etc. You can get your server up in a day or two depending how available I am. This way you can get the server you want without looking for someone else's to buy, all up to you. I can do all this for under $50.
