Hello, my name is getyourMilk more commonly as Tuite. I have be brainstorming an idea for staffing.

In theory it would be like a vetting service. Research, questions and a minor summary are taken from say (your selected prospect for (said role) I would review and rate them on a scale of overall effectiveness and aptitude aswell as detrimental factors like previous work. Whether he/she has done what they say. Age (if applicable) and the likes of any previous banning or unprofessional/misconduct.

At first this would be free but as I progress and hopefully reputation increases the service would become a paid service.

Please all feedback is welcome.
(Please note, anyone who is thinking of thrashing this feel free. It will just entertain me. While making yourself look dumb.)

I don't think many people would want this, as typically staff managers are able to assess this for themselves, but it's an original idea so credit for that.

To be honest, this is a great idea for a couple reasons.

1. I am a noob at getting this information and would help small servers a lot.
   
2. If this was automated (like a Discord bot using AI) it would be something people would pay for even out of the Minecraft scene with staffing just about everything
3. The concept is new and not well known meaning you would be the original creator of it, a new niche
