This is my first build. I have no idea what to price it for, but I guess I will try my best. I do not expect a ton for it.

I suggest you get better at WorldEdit and VoxelSniper before starting to auction your builds. Trust me when I say, no one is gonna buy this. Its so unnatural looking, its very plain, and it isnt terraformed well.
