Tips on how to improve:
1. Work with multiple layers so you wont paint your inking layer.
2. Make sure you have painted every part of the piece.
3. Practice more and watch tutorials from DrawWithJazza and inkbyte on YouTube.

Lines need alot of work on and the colouring as Stalex said use a layer under the line art.
