I just made my first server spawn! Any advice and how much do you guys think its worth?

Looks nice. I think you can improve the build by adding some more colour to it. Right now the build is very brown. Also, the glass doesn't look that great without connected textures. Perhaps you can change it to stained glass.
Don't get me wrong the build looks great, but it is always worth going that extra step for an increase in value.

what colors do you think i should have?
Perhaps throw in some green or blue. Purple may even work out. Play around with it. Just make sure you don't have a hunk of brown.
I mean in a general sense you should try and incorporate some color into your builds. Purple may not always be the best decision for a wooden build. It is up to you to figure out what works best. Start off with a light gray or a gray for the glass - something plain and simple. You can mess around with colour after you get "simple" being just the way you want it.
Me personally I don't think it's worth much just by seeing one screenshot. Maybe if you added more, I can give a rough estimate, but at this point, I think it's worth 10$ - 15$ MAX.
