Listen to Clovux, it is very likely that he is right. Simply send your host a message telling them your issue, I am sure they will try to get it resolved very quickly.

If they do not fix it, you can always request a new IP from your ISP.

It is also likely that his issue could be DNS related. I would try changing your primary DNS to google (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4) or opendns (208.67.220.220) before you open a ticket to your hosting provider.[DOUBLEPOST=1508094837][/DOUBLEPOST]

Would also explain why every device in his house fails to reach the address.

Although I don't know how to help, I have a comment. That website is one of the most, if not the most enjin looking XenForo theme I've ever seen.

Whenever I try to reach my own website it says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
its on every device in my house thats running on my internet.
Whenever I switch to a vpn it works fine.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you know how to set your primary DNS on your PC? If not, simply click start and search for run, then type the following ncpa.cpl and that will open a list of your network adapters. Look for the one that seems connected and right click and goto properties on the next page you will see a list of items of which you need to find Internet Protocal Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) select that and hit properties. On the next screen you will see towards the bottom and option to set custom DNS so you simply type 8.8.8.8 for the first line then 8.8.4.4 for the second. Click okay and refresh. If the issue persists than your Provider has likely blocked your IP specifically, or the entire subnet your Ip belongs to.
