Forge 1.8.9 Mod

I need a mod I think is fairly simple, it just needs 1 ingame config for what Y level you want to break, and then it needs to break all blocks around you (within say a 3 block radius) instantly, enabling you to fly past things and destroy just a single Y level line through it. Kind of like a hacked clients nuker, just for a single line instead. DM me on discord if willing to do this. Will pay. Wink#8271
