Hey I want users to be able to make messages like this,
Unoffical MCM announcement ​
  1. - ProBukkit is selling Productive with TID for $15
  2. - Corey B is perm banned
  3. - Justis is GodFather!
  4. - Deleted User 6506 is the best!
However there would be limitations of about 4 total lines. If you don't know how to do this if I can get it "legalized" I'll teach everyone :D

He said no to 4 line because it might annoy people but I think they wouldn't care. That's what this is for ;)

They didn't, rocket doesn't allow it though. He says people might not like it but I think its better.
