This has been available for a long time. There's several limitations:

• You can't change nameservers
• You can't edit the DNS (you can but extremely limited)
• And more

Before it used to be where you pay $5 or so a month then you get access to all the features.

Oh, and they also offer .xyz domains as well, not just .co
