But the whole point of a giveaway like this is that everybody should have an equal chance, the majority of people entering will be new members as premium is only $12 so most people would buy it after their first couple deals. Deciding not to consider giving it to a new member would cut it down by over 70% just to the handful of well known users with no rank.

tl;dr giveaways should see everybody having the same chance to win

but new members can be alts
