Free Prison Setup

I know, this is not very appealing to anyone wanting to make money. However, I would be down for giving the person that gives us this setup a fee once the server has opened.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for an OP-Prison set-up that features can be easily added on. We would prefer there to be builds included these being (such as A-Z mines, 4 Donor rank mines, PvP arena and also a spawn[preferably setup with plugins])

We will be willing to have a template!
