[FREE] SERVER MANAGER / AMDINISTRATOR LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT

Hello all,


I am Coalitions (Real name is Ryan, amusingly) and years of well developed applications and hardcore searching for job opportunities has left me here, on McMarket, asking, begging even, for someone to take me in. Administrator and/or Managerial positions on servers have always eluded me and in my desperate state, I ask, reach out for someone to bring me onto a staff team. I have bounds of experience as server Helpers, Moderators, and luckily in some cases, Administrators. Despite this, I have never found an active and welcoming server with somewhat of a player base to take me in as a staff member. You see, its rare to find a server with a relatively sized player base that actually accepts application, and not in 4-6 weeks. Throughout my Minecraft career, this I have played numerous game-modes, server-types, positions, etc, And around 2 years ago I found my one true Minecraft passion - Administrating. I love to be a part of a staff team and work with others to create something new and unique with a well developed player base and invested staff members. So therefore, because of my lack of luck, I come here to ask.


If you or someone that you know, closely preferably, has their own well built server, regardless of the type or game-mode, Comment on this thread or PM me. I Would love to help anyone out that I can and do what I love.


I can promise activity and devotion and whole-heartedly believe that I am meant to be on a staff team


Note; I am looking for employment, but I do not require payment for my services. "free" employment if you will.

Preferred Position; Platform Admin / System Admin / Server Manager / Admin

I specialize in faction/HCF/opfaction server administrating and/or managing. I have a diverse and wide spread knowledge of the ins-and-outs of serveral hundred plugins that are common of a variety of servers. What I mean by this is that, frankly, I know how to do my job, and I love doing it. To add, I can perform well on servers that don't fit those gamemodes and I am a fast leaner, I can assure you

I seek no money from anyone because this is my passion, my ultimate hobby, and I have this hunger for it that I cannot satisfy.

PSA; I also have experience in TS developing and have an extensive knowledge of forum programs such as enjin, xenforo, etc.

CoolBooster, Valid question. I think that a plethora of staff members (senior positions ) are focused on the money of and/or social standing of being a server manager or administrator. You can scroll through hundreds of threads and find extremely experienced administrators, and yes, while they may be suitable and well qualified to hold those positions, they are doing it for money. I seek no money. I want no perks or youtube subscribers from this. Being part of a team and working with people to administrate a server and to have a well defined purpose on a server is rare, and simply enchanting to me. I have wasted away on applications for countless servers and I either don't get a reply within weeks or I last for a week and am Ignored, by no fault of my own! Administration is my one true passion and hobby and it's something that I am whole-heartedly invested in, something that, in the sometimes bottomless, money-greedy abyss of server managing/administrating, is rarely found.[DOUBLEPOST=1473897162][/DOUBLEPOST]
