"Free" tag

There should be a "Free" forum tag in sections such as

Seriously though, in that section there is alot of threads giving free products (including one of my own) and I think whilst it isn't a necessity, it'd be a nice quality of life improvement

We previously did have Free prefixes in all sale forums but removed them because it is not an intuitive way to split threads. If you're offering something for free, you're still either offering or requesting something so you should use the appropriate prefix.

In the future, we hope to have a proper filtering system developed, and this should make this easier to split it into whether something costs money or not.
