Hello,

I'm offering free Minecraft Hosting up to 4GB and 25GB of disk space.

Please note, your server will be ad-free until the 25th of October 2021. After this date, your server will receive ads in the chat and there will be a minimum required amount of 1 player at a time within a 24-hour period. If no players are online after the 24-hour period, the server will stop. If not started back-up after 7 days. The server will be deleted.

Also note, these servers will always be free! We will never require you to pay for them. However, there will be changes which will be made.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 5 3600 Hexa-Core
SSD: NVMe SSD
Location: Finland
OS: Ubuntu
Game Panel: Pterodactyl


Things you will get with your server:

- One-click Minecraft version changer. We currently support the following: Vanilla, Spigot, Craft Bukkit, Paper Spigot, Bungeecord
- 4096MB Ram
- Unlimited players
- IP Address (We are not offering dedicated IPs, at this moment in time).
- 25GB NVMe SSD Storage
- Finland Location
- 1 Backup

I've reworded the thread, as I believe there was a miscommunication on my end. As it requires at least 1 player within a 24 hour period. Not 1 player on 24/7. This is from the 25th of October though. At the moment, your server will be on 24/7 and there are no requirements for users to join.

To answer your question though, it could be used as a build server, a server used to play with friends or small communities.

Great question, I know you wrote your comment yesterday and the update has just come into today. However, we have changed our service. We are now offering our users up to 4GB of Ram, with unlimited players. Which is not due to change. This is to allow our 1.17 users to have a smoother experience.

I haven't used Minehut very much, however, from what I've been heard around the community, you aren't able to upload your own custom plugins. However, with us, you can upload any plugins you would like, custom or not. Also, I believe you have to use their subdomain. Unlike us, where you get your own IP address. Which you can port-forward if you wish. We also allow 1 manual backup per server.

We believe in giving our users the freedom to set the player limit they want. Which is the reason for allowing unlimited players.

I think the key phrase is "soon" - When we are already offering player upload custom plugins now. Regarding mods, this will be something we look towards after we have got our automated system in place. Which will be at the end of the month or early next month.

There will be no specific type of ads. However, we do have rules in place for ads. Such as, there will be no advertisement of other servers on yours.
