Well, since frostbite got a lot of money from there servers they are not giving a shit anymore. They are bad everyone no one use them. If you want a good host I strongly suggest Lethal Hosting I was with them for a while when I had a small budget!

Never, I repeat never buy from FrostBite. 3 periods of downtime in 2 week with no email notifications which is a pain if your'e at minecon, or don't stay glued to your desk monitoring your server status. I suggest writing a review on https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/frostbitehosting.com about your issues so that potential new clients are aware of all the issues and don't go with them.

Do both. I plan to leave in September (my favourite host has large discounts then). They have an average rating of 7.2 out of 10, which from what I see isn't accurate any more.
