Full kitmap setup

Hello all,

Today I am willing to buy a full kitmap server equipped with the following:

- 2-3 Koths, the sizes can be negotiated/figured out once purchasing is in the progress.

- 1 spawn, preferably 50x50, or 100x100, will figure that out too.

- Plugins installed, all the essentials, kitmap signs, a core (I can provide the core), etc... Basically all the essentials.

Reminder: I am looking for the koths and spawn to be a tropical/beachy feel.\

Budget: $40-60

My bad forgot to put my budget of all things, I have a budget of $40-60, looking for it to be custom of course that may not happen. The builds and stuff are really what needs to be custom. As I do have the core except in my core I don't have the KitMap config and such. In which I would need that as well.
