Full Time YouTube Video Editor

I need a full time youtube editor with a weekly payment received by me. The payment will be:

£20USD for 35 minute videos.
Anything under 35 minutes will receive £15USD

Anything above 35 minute videos will receive £35

This is due to the low amount of money I get since I have GFX to pay aswell.
