Hey, I just made this in my free time..
if you have the time to solve this puzzle go ahead. it's easy.. well maybe not
(I know the name of the program sounds so fucking fishy but it's important for the game to work correctly. You can scan in with malware bytes or what ever anti virus you use ITS NOT A VIRUS.)

Ah you mean how in Virus Total it doesn't pop up with a virus warning because he put /file at the end of the link so you're actually scanning the webpage instead of the actual file. Makes sense, although I'm tempted to open the actual file in a VM.
