Later this year I'll be releasing PocketPanel, a MultiCraft control panel app for the masses.

I was just wondering if people would be interested in advertising inside an app, what you think a good price is and how intrusive they should be.

That's a good idea. I would say yes to in app ads, but minimalist... Maybe just an iAd banner across the bottom, or rent out the space to minecraft related services.
