Developing jobs for me aren't complex, I'm not someone you would pay to make you some sick plugin. I do simple, to mid ranged plugins to save money.
Manager positions: I'm certified in all Microsoft products, if that exemplifies how organized I am. Fun fact: I got all my CTE certifications is approx. 1 month, even expert in word 2013 and excel. Writing up documents, working with data is something I enjoy. I'm a community guy, working with what the people have to say. I enjoy that.
Lower ranking staff positions: I don't mind them, everyone starts somewhere. Mind you, I have terrible internet so playing in-game is kinda rough for me. Being staff on servers such as Desteria caused players to get my ip, and just constantly ddos me. Which is part of the job I guess.
For the reasons listed above, I mainly stick to advertising (mentioned below), managing, or developing.
Advertising: Yes, I've been a part of the minecraft community for some time now. I enjoy it, and really don't mind making ads in the form of videos or text based. I do a lot of posting on forums on larger servers, so advertising could be useful there. I make trailers, free of charge.
