Giveaway moderation.

There should be rules, or someone watching in giveaways, because people are making giveaway of minecon capes, ask for likes, views, subs, follows, etc. Shit never ends and they simply leave the site, banning him isn't basically a solution since they only come to do that. I think this should chance since a lot of people is doing it with different items.

Banning them is all you can do really. What are you gonna do, forcefully make them give up the item(s)? I think it's the entrant who should be cautious. It's pretty easy to tell if a giveaway is to good to be true.
