Seeing the state of the marketplace, I decided to start my Escrow service.

ESCROW - What is it?
A safe environment to do risk-free transactions on. The buyer and seller will both provide all their goods and/or trade-able items for the escrow, and everything will be carefully evaluated and made secure. Escrow generally refers to money held by a third-party on behalf of transacting parties.

I simply do middle-manning for the protection of the buyer as well as the seller.

I am willing to offer Escrow for both physical goods as well as virtual goods which might involve substantial amount of money.

My rules are simple.
1) I only do BTC/PAYPAL escrows. If PayPal is involved, ownership of the account MUST be provided to counter any fraud possibilities. In case of chargeback, I am able to sort out the issue quickly.
2) My Escrow fee is 5%+ Transaction fees. If the deal fails, the entire amount gets refunded to the Buyer.
3) All deals are only and only done via PM. No Skype or other means of communication allowed.

In my opinion, it is better to pay a small fee than to lose everything in a scam.

2. Explain what the deal is about, and the means of payment.
3. Follow the instructions given by me.
