Due to the extreme quality that we provide, prices will be higher than most other services. Compared to the other services on McM, we are by far provideing the highest consistent quality. Like mentioned earlier, builds are built based upon budget. The team prefers to work with budgets of ~$200+, but we can always work with any budget.

Important Information:
By purchasing anything from Glowfisch Design Studios, you agree to the following TOS!:
1) All payments must be made via Paypal. No other payment method will be accepted unless you have preciously stated an offer during our discussion on price estimates.
2) Any commission tasked to me is subject to cancellation at any given notice by either party.
3) If the client party cancels the continuation of the commission project, the down payment is kept by the contractor party. However, if it is the contractor that has chosen to cancel the continuation of the project, the contractor is obligated to refund the client's down payment.
4) You are not paying for the build itself, but rather you are paying me to build as your contractor and service provider. We do not sell minecraft blocks.
5) AN invoice will be sent to the client upon finalization of the product.
6) Refunds are not accepted under any condition, and in doing so you will risk a public scam report, reclaim of your project build, public download of the product, and on the MC Architects Union and its associated build teams.
7) You are allowed to resell the build product of your respective commission, however you are not allowed to claim the credits of the build as your own work. You do not own creative rights to the build.
8) Any commission tasked to me is subject to an 21% tax fee unless a billing adress is provided outside of the European union!
