Gmail hacked

Hey, recently one of the many gmails (lots of important info) I use was hacked. Phone number, backup email, and password were changed as well. Tried filling out a form on Google's support page and it asked me questions about 'google authenticator' which I've never used (so I assume whoever has my gmail added it). So I didn't have enough information to verify it was me apparently. What I do have is the original backup email (got emails saying that the password, phonenumber, and backup email were changed on my main email that got hacked). I can also prove past passwords used on the account, the past phone number used, as well as the year & month (I think) the gmail was created. I have no way to reach out to Google, so if any of you know a way I can communicate without a bullshit form with Google, that'd be greatly appreciated.

I doubt you can directly communicate to google to speak to a person as its such a large company with millions of users.
The only way to account for a large user base is by using automation to help users with issues; (Bullshit Forms).
