Golden Apple and Enchanted Golden Apple Cooldown

I need a plugin that set a cooldown for golden apples and enchanted golden apples.

If you're in cooldown, displays a message like "&cYou are still in a cooldown of %timeleft%"

With configurable cooldowns

I've been looking for it around but I can't find any plugins :/

I use this plugin for my server. It has a cool down for both golden apples and super golden apples. It works fine you shouldn't have to pay anyone for a plugin like this.
