Good Custom Enchant Plugin

I have recently opened up a server called IceCubePvP, I want a custom enchant plugin it will be nice if I didn't have to pay, but if you want a pay that is fine. Also I can pay you by giving you free ranks on my server

I apologize, I want custom enchant plugin that will add many different custom enchants that'll do different things I'll give you a list of different enchants I'd want.
