GUI Kit PvP Plugin

Basically i'm looking for a plugin where you login and receive a paper and you click it and a GUI menu pops ups
with all the kits. once you click the kit you'll receive it and you can drop down and pvp.

You could try and use chestcommands and a plugin that gives itemsonjoin ,
its quite easy and you can createa as many menus as you want
