Hey, I'm trying to buy $32 worth of BTC for $39 PayPal

I will go first depending on the Reputation of the member (Must have more rep than me) as well as the fees should be less than $1 out of the BTC being sent. I will send on F&F if I go second in this transaction else I'll pay G&S.
