Hacked Instagram. (225k followers)

My friend's mother is a famous makeup artist and she had her account hacked recently. the account has 225k followers. The person who hacked it changed the username and email and password. Threads given on help.instagramcom don't work either. Is there any way I can get this account back for her because she's worked really hard for this and my friend would do anything to get it back for her

There's a few things they could do:
- Contact Instagram via Email or Phone (not too sure if they have a general contact number)
- I'm guessing she didn't, but did she not have 2 factor authentication on? Surely she would of had it on with such a large account.
- Normally the hacker forgets to change a number that's linked onto the account, try and get her to recover the account with the number she had linked

She only had an email connected which had been changed, and the security email notifying her about the change wasn't sent apparently
In addition she didn't have 2fa on, she wasn't really aware of the importance of keeping her account really secure.
And she didn't have a number connected to the account either.

How exactly? Is there an email
