I have been working as a system Manager/Administrator for over 2 years.
And, I have made many servers grow to their full potential such as Kohi yes kohi

So, underneath here are a couple headings regarding how I have contributed to servers and helped them grow.
I was an administrator for the server network known as Kohi back in 2013 for around 6 months. I contributed to them by growing their hard core faction server, Administrate the forums and in game (not as much as I would have liked), (set up bungeecord with the new test pvp servers), set up and fully configured all of their servers, hired builders to make builds as well as plugins, trained moderators and admins, and setup pretty much everything for purplz.

HappyKraft
I was also the owner of a network known as HappyKraft but went down to me not having enough time to manage it to the best of my abilities. When I first started HappyKraft we had an average player base of 22 people after a week of the server being up and with a peak of 70. I setup and fully configured everything with the server.
