Hardcore Prison Server [NOT-OP]

The title explains most of it.

I'm looking for a prison server which basically isn't OP, i know some people could say, just edit the mines however the key things i'm looking for are, cantine rooms in the mines, pvp zones protected by guards, furnace rooms, tree chopping room, mine room and somesort of pvp mine in each mine.

If you don't meet all the requirements please send me the IP to preview it anyway I could always add a few things myself.

My budget is negotiable. I'll tell you what I think it's worth and we can go from there.
