I don't need to read it, I thought i had blocked world downloader on my server, but i had not added that plugin to that specific server(Simple mistake).
Still this is what i got from reporting him...

"Not our responsibility".... People on Mc-Market are always getting banned for scamming... the moment i report someone for scamming this is what i get back... Doesn't add up right.

I know a better way to not get world-downloaded. Don't let people on your server, use skype screenshare. There is nothing for anyone to object about that, it allows them to see the map ingame, they dont have to talk or anything.
