As a Trial-Mod/Mod you will provide assistance throughout the server and help the community with their needs as well as punishing rule breakers.

LOL. I didn't scam you. I bought it from the artist. I didn't do any work to the art we payed someone. How was I supposed to know some kid sitting in his basement "owned" the rights too it? For all you know the artist gave us the same he did you? I literally didn't know anything about this server when I joined btw. I learned after that it was all purchased pre existing and tbh I thought the artist was custom making the logo and I am now learning he didn't?

Y'all obviously don't know what the definition of a scam is... lmao. If anything he is infringing on your copyright, which I can almost guarantee you did not copyright the art when you owned it. Additionally, he purchased it from someone who said it was theirs, the only person stealing/scamming is the guy who sold the art to him. So, before you accuse him and tear up his reputation for no legitimate reason, just ask him to chargeback and get a new logo.​

However, the original artist (if willing to spend thousands on lawyer fees and court costs) can sue you for Theft of Intellectual Property... but I doubt you have to worry about that as nobody is going to waste time and money for a logo worth less than $100.

Literally 0, We have everything hashed and our dev's top priority is security. We have our server so secure right now it's even hard for us to do our job pre release lol.

Edit: Reading your post back, I realize you said not saving info. It is almost impossible to have our server with not saving IP's as we need them to stop ban evading and to make IP bans useful at all. They are all hashed though and the chances of them being decrypted are next to none.

Edit: Reading your post back, I realize you said not saving info. It is almost impossible to have our server with not saving IP's as we need them to stop ban evading and to make IP bans useful at all. They are all hashed though and the chances of them being decrypted are next to none.

But hashing them would also need to de hash them to make ip bans work yes so you have a key in your code
