Are these good specs for $930?

  • SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
  • VIDEO: AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card (Single Card)
this is prebuilt from CyberPower PC, I have a friend that builds computers, Should I go with this or order parts and have my friend help me build it?

Computer says it runs around 170 fps.

note: this has a monitor that's around 115$

If you can afford it pick up the FX-8350 and a hyper 212 evo as a cooling unit. I'd suggest building your own because of the price but mostly because of the experience.
Do you recommend any websites for good single parts?
