How do I gift someone an account upgrade? I don't see it under account upgrades.

You can't gift yourself it, go to the persons profile you want to gift.

Or I totally misunderstood that.

Miss-understood. I went to Box.'s profile, clicked gift, and it said something about no user upgrade.

If I am correct, you cannot gift someone something if you have already purchased a tier/rank/upgrade.

Nope. I have gifted many upgrades to people before. Not sure what happened.

I gifted West_In_Pieces premium last night, however he still has not received it, I opened a report on it. But I was able to gift last night even though it didn't go on his profile yet.

Check email, get the TID, make a support request. The system is bugging out... Don't know if it fixed yet or nah.
