Help needed

As you can see, when going to my site, it pulls back an error. I have no idea what i've done differently.

I've done this all before and it worked fine.

Looking for some help and a possible fix.

Willing to pay for help with a fix.

When inspect source/element it pulls back this;
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0

It's probably an easy fix and i'm being stupid, but i've been searching for a fix for like 1 hour and can't seem to figure it out..

For me it says 500,
That means your website is offline.
How are you hosting it?
