Hey there, so someone recently decided to charge back on me 8 dollars. I really don't mind since it's a small amount, however, wouldn't I be able to easily win the chargeback since they provided nothing?

However, when I click 'Respond' I am unsure what to do. I am not even sure of what the payment was for. I assume it was for development work, but other than that I'm clueless.

As you can see, they provided absolutely nothing

However when I click resolve chargeback, I am greeted to this page

I have very little - to none experience with this. What should I do? Thanks!

Plus side to this, CC companies only allow 1-2 no questions asked charge backs / reversal of fees under a select ammount before they require evidence on the funds being not used by you.

Best thing to do is look for the email and work done for that price and provide as much info you can to paypal, then call them and talk and see if they can do anything... even if won and its not a paypal chargeback the user can charge back via credit card later..

best of luck some people are dodgy as hell when using paypal, especially it seems users on this site / kids playing minecraft.[DOUBLEPOST=1431505075,1431505027][/DOUBLEPOST]also this may help https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/security/chargeback-guide especially the fraud section

So what ahould I do? Just give it up? I'd rather not lose $28.....

Plus, what's the worst that could happen if I fight it

no halm in fighting, as its a credit card charge most likely wont win, but you can provide proof to paypal and they will present it to the bank before handing over money i believe, then the bank can choose if its fraud or not....
