the email is already linked to an account I think that is why

sometimes if you use email on other account then unlink it might mojang block that email and cant be link anymore

Don't know if you are still having this problem, but I've had this problem with one of the accounts I've purchased as well. I think mojang simply blocks you from changing emails for a few days if you login from a different ip. I was able to change the email within a few days last time this happened.
